Russell has a proven record of leadership with responsibility in team management, team building, and training. He currently oversees courses to enhance the student experience and adjunct faculty engagement through revisions in curriculum and updated material in the field of study. He is a subject matter expert for curriculum builds and program revision, using a scaffolding approach to prepare students as they move forward in their programs.

She formerly had responsibility for executive oversight of Human Resources, Payroll, Training, and the Real Estate Development and Facilities divisions of Ent, as Executive VP, and coordinated community outreach and philanthropy along the Front Range, as Chief Community Officer. Barb joined Ent after a 28-year career with Colorado Interstate Gas Company, where she last held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and served on the CSU Alumni Association board, where she last held the position of President of the board. She is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership Community Leaders program.

She is currently an instructor for EdCor providing medical education and training and serves as the CHPG Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor for Woodland Park, Monument, and Colorado Springs Urgent Care sites. Mary attended Cooke County College and earned her associate degree as a Registered Nurse. Since earning her degree, Mary has acquired a variety of experience as an RN that specifically attributes to her knowledge as a ComCor Board Member. She became a Health Services Administrator for the Cheyenne Mountain Re-entry Center / Correctional Facility, where she gained specialized experience as a PREA Facility Compliance Manager and ADA Coordinator.
