This includes thirteen years of progressively responsible positions in upper-level management. Fletcher is actively involved in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees. Fletcher received his Master of Arts from the University of Phoenix with a specialization in organizational management.

Russell has a proven record of leadership with responsibility in team management, team building, and training.  He currently oversees courses to enhance the student experience and adjunct faculty engagement through revisions in curriculum and updated material in the field of study. He is a subject matter expert for curriculum builds and program revision, using a scaffolding approach to prepare students as they move forward in their programs.

She formerly had responsibility for executive oversight of Human Resources, Payroll, Training, and the Real Estate Development and Facilities divisions of Ent, as Executive VP, and coordinated community outreach and philanthropy along the Front Range, as Chief Community Officer. Barb joined Ent after a 28-year career with Colorado Interstate Gas Company, where she last held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and served on the CSU Alumni Association board, where she last held the position of President of the board. She is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership Community Leaders program.
